Family Support is a state wide program. NWVCIL covers Randolph, Barbour, Tucker and Upshur Counties. Family Support is a Program that can give grant money to families with a member with a developmental disability. You must have medical diagnosis before the age of 22 and live in a family setting.You need to have 3 estimates on the items that you are asking for. The board makes the finally decisions on your request. The program is to help the family stay independent.
